Protea Hotel Bloemfontein

Hotel experience was great and their stuff was friendly just that I didn't like how the main chef dude was kind of rude it was like he is blowing off his stresses onto us I hope you can do something about it soon because I don't want anyone else to experience the same thing I experienced with that guy it was the young lady chef who gave the best service but I hope you really so something about him for sure

Our visit and our stay at protea hotel Bloemfontein was excellent. Elizka and Thabiso welcomed us by warm welcoming. And also warm welcomingness in the restaurant, Tsepang on the food dinner and breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room on arrival, the room was clean and neat ready for us. Comfortable, in the Protea standard. For a tourist stay, prefer Protéa willow lake. For the restoration a real disappointment during our stay: a seminar took place... so buffet mandatory for dinner for everyone! no wine list proposed. Breakfast buffet very good.
