Faircity Quatermain Hotel

The service was terrible, stuff went missing, the heated rail didn't work, the shuttle didn't show up at Sandton City. The phones don't work, you have to walk to the restaurant to order.

The hotel stay was amazing , I like the hotel surrounding, the old style furniture, the garden , the pool . My only issue was checking in , i awaited for more than 30 min just to check in , and when we checked in the staff was still cleaning the hotel rooms
