The resort itself is beautiful, with impressive architecture, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and meticulously maintained grounds that create a relaxing atmosphere. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is its people. Every member of staff we encountered, regardless of department, was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their warmth made us feel at home throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Lawrence, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference to our holiday. He is an exceptional ambassador for the resort and represents the very best of its hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with first-class service. We look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel made this holiday unforgettable, from the airport pickup the driver welcomed us to the reception amazing smiles and very professionals, all the staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful i wish i had all there names to mentions them all but i will mention the ones I remember, Rhandzu made our dinner experience very special every night by accommodating everything we ask for just to make us comfortable and enjoy our dinner. The Safari guides were amazing we were lucky to have Levi and Gibson they are very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, they know were to go and when to wait to capture pictures and videos, also to see the amazing animals in there own environment. we will never forget the experience because of them. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. This hotel is 10/10. Thank you Kruger Gate Hotel for the unforgettable experience.
