Cascades

My family and I come to Sun City every year, we prefer staying at Cascades. It’s a beautiful property with gorgeous, five-star-worthy rooms, a delicious breakfast, amazing staff and exceptional service. Above all, its location is incredibly convenient, it’s just an escalator ride away from Sun Central and has a beautiful Forest of Lights at night, both of which make it convenient and enjoyable when travelling with kids.

We had a wonderful stay at The Cascades Hotel in Sun City. From the excellent breakfast offerings to the outstanding service provided by the staff, the entire experience was enjoyable and memorable. A special mention goes to the concierge team, who were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the talented keyboard musician who added a great atmosphere to breakfast with his wonderful music. The live band at the Luma Bar was equally impressive and provided fantastic entertainment. Overall, it was a great experience for our family, and we would gladly return and recommend The Cascades Hotel to others.

The housekeeping here is horrible. They don’t clean the rooms at all, they don’t even change towels, they literally take the dirty towels from the floor and fold them and put them back in the cubicle. The drainage system in the bathroom is also poor
