Turnberry Boutique Hotel

First of all let me commend the young lady at reception who waited up for us until midnight after we had some trouble on the road. Impeccable service! On the downside I found absolutely filthy looking stained carpets in my room and a shower that flooded the entire bathroom. The three towels supplied were not enough to soak up the mess and I spent 15 minutes wringing out towels and drying the floor so that I could shave at the basin without standing in a cm or two deep pool of water. A very unpleasant start to the day when you are paying. I reported the leak to the morning reception who pretended it was a first complaint but it was obvious to me that this shower had been more than just leaking for some time!

Very clean , Christian was absolute delight, very helpful and professional. I’d definitely recommend.

All was reasonable. Vacuuming is needed and breakfast can be done better Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
