Why parking isnt part of the parkage - why should i pay R150.00 per night. its a day light robbery. i will never come again.

Modern, clean, profesional, friendly. Excellent value, where do I stop… One of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve ever had. Room service quick and accurate. Not a cigarette but or piece of paper laying around. Close to the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed in the country and abroad. Keep it up Cape Town !!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Old, dirty, incredibly rude staff. Feels like a hot sheet motel and, to be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the majority of their target market. They even make you stand in the lobby (20mins in my case) to see if you’ve trashed the room before letting you leave. To make it worse, they never refunded my security deposit nor ever bothered to followup on it. The process involved filling out a paper form and physically writing all your card details (dodgy as hell), however a month later nothing received. Eventually followed up and after ignored emails and an escalation through my travel agent they did get back to me and make up all end of excuses. End result; they suggested filing a dispute! Who knows how many deposits they’ve stolen from customers. It’s not hard to miss 600ZAR, especially for intl clients. One of the most dishonest establishments I’ve ever crossed in my life and a total embarrassment to the South African tourism industry.
