I recently stayed at Premier Express Inn George while a close family member was hospitalized in George. It was understandably a stressful and emotional period for us, but the care and support we received from the hotel team made a significant difference. A special word of thanks to Dylan, the Manager on Duty, who consistently went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. His professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help with any request were truly appreciated. In a time when exceptional customer service is often spoken about but not always experienced, Dylan demonstrated genuine care and concern for our family’s well-being. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, but it was the outstanding service from Dylan and the team that turned our stay into a memorable one. Small acts of kindness can have a big impact during challenging circumstances, and Dylan’s support certainly did. Thank you, Dylan, and the entire Premier Express Inn George team, for your hospitality, empathy, and excellent service. We are sincerely grateful and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting George.

Conveniently located. Clean and orderly. Comfortable bed. Curtious staff. Frustrating Wi-Fi.

We stayed here as part of a round trip and were satisfied. The rooms are quite small and do not have a nice view, but room decor very new (super mattress) and the breakfast buffet was appealing. In the area there are many restaurants, which can be reached on foot even in darkness.
