Elysee Hotel

The room - Dirty in many places, hair, nails, false eyelashes etc found everywhere in the bedroom and in the bathroom - Many damaged or broken things or equipment, non-functional lamp, broken chairs, non-existent water drainage Staff I went for a walk one afternoon, when I returned from the world had entered the room, not for the cleaning since everything was still dirty, so I still do not know why. The door remained wide open as people walked through the corridors. – When I approached the hotel for these two problems namely cleanliness and disrespect regarding my forced room, they sent me wandering, insulted me and ended up threatening me so much that I had to call the police out of fear since there were several of them and especially since they had already allowed themselves to enter my room. Flee this property

Hotel located near Busan tower and BIFF square (Busan International Film Festival) which has night market and lot of street foods. Lotte mall nearby and near Nampo subway station. Just a short distance to walk every where. The room was large and comfortable but no view.

As for location, for me it is consider ok because its near to BIFF, Lotte Mall and Jagalchi and etc. There are also restaurants nearby but some of them closed earlier. The road to Elysee is kinda deep inside but there is an E-mart store when you are coming out, that's make us very convenient to buy anything we want. As for room, very sorry to say that is a bedsheet smell which i cannot accept so I requested to change bedsheet, unfortunately, the smell is lesser but still there. I am not sure why my husband couldnt smell any of it. So end up, I choose to accept the smell with my hair shampoo fragrance by putting my hair on my nose during sleeping time haha.... As for the facility, overall is good as we get the room is kinda big and we satisfy with the space and clealiness. The only thing I feel curious, the hotel is provided washing machine to the guest but no dryer.. So they are expecting us to wash and dry it up at our room? Maybe can try to improve from there, even lower star hotel also provided washing and dryer machine (2in1). hmmm Another one is the breakfast, no changes is common. The choice is kinda less and we just thanks god it can be full and allowed our stomach to stay till lunch hour. It is depends on what you focus. Reception For me, english is a problem but one of the staff know how to speak chinese. The other guy, 99% dont know chinese and english and he mostly take care during night time till early morning.
