So for $150 you get a “hotel” room with 2 bed a “kitchen” and a bathroom. The lobby did not appear frightening. Upon entering the room the over whelming smell of mold filled my nostrils. The floors were laminate roll out and due to moisture damage were rolling up. The room had one small window with mildew. 2 a/c units. When I turned them on the smell that came out of them was horrendous. Now, I realize this isnt the Ritz Carlton, however this “hotel” is basically a condemned building. When I went to the front desk to tell them I couldnt stay there because of the state of the room the desk clerk got the manager and told him in Korean that they had another person who was leaving and refusing to stay. They DID refund my non refundable deposit. Which shows that are at least very honest. This place could be a great set up for families, if they renovated the ENTIRE building.

Only location is good. E-land took it over recently and like other timeshares, they might renovate this building. But it needs renovation all over right away.. Paints are off and the restroom is not clean. Also the window needs to be cleaned throughly. Tour info was poor at concierge(?), only to sell bus tour.

Don't let the hotel lobby fool you! It has walking distance to the Haeundae Beach, yes, but that's just it in the "pros" side... CONS: Staff has a very low level of English -- Rooms need renovation -- Heating on floor is central and can't be controlled (I came from Brazil and even for us, it was very hot inside the room, 0-5c outside, 20+c inside, WHY!!) -- Our first room had NO BEDS! Only few tiny and thin mattress that we had to pile up to make something barely comfortable... Bathroom is horrible, everything is old, doesn't look like clean, bath towels are small like face towels... On day 2 we exchanged rooms to a regular "with bed", which we discovered is much more expensive than the other one. All other problems continued. Even if everything in Haeundae area is booked, get a Motel / move to another area and avoid this hotel.
