I had to move my stay up by one day, and they would not let me. Make sure you are positive on your plans, or you'll loose the entire cost of your stay. They wouldn't even hold my room that I paid for until I got there the next day. All of the other hotels and airlines in South Korea let me move my reservations forward except this hotel.

Whenever possible, we will spend a night at Nongshim, and enjoy its wonderful thermal baths (which are worth the trip alone). The hotel itself is dated, but still very stylish, and has made serious renovation efforts. The rooms are always very comfortable and completely quiet. Overall, always the same pleasure of repeating the experience, which we can only recommend to all travelers passing through Busan. Two hours in the various baths and showers, and a good night's sleep, and we're refreshed for a while!

We moved here from another hotel in Busan for 1 night and it felt so dated in comparison. The windows are small, the room was very clean and well-maintained but needed updating. However it was spacious and the free tickets the spa were great (see spa review for details). Great: - Excellent bed and pillows. - Adored the toiletries - felt very luxe and smelled amazing. - Spa access. Good: - Room was spacious and good value for money. - Location close to mountain: great walking and running trails.
