Kunoh Seacloud Hotel

We recently made a trip to Busan with family & friends. We were 14 of us altogether. We stayed at the Seacloud Hotel which is an apartment type hotel instead of a regular hotel. They do not offer any bell boy services which is very surprising. They don't entertain any help for the people who stay there. Even the breakfast spread is very minimal. Service of the staff is very poor and at times rude. I will not recommend this place for anybody. The hotel entrance is on the 4th floor and all the below floors are commercial properties. The reception area is also very bad. There is hardly any décor and ambience worth mentioning.

I don't think the buildings are old enough overall to justify the price. Changing elevators is a hassle. When I checked out, it was so crowded I couldn't ride at all, so I waited 15 minutes in the elevator hall.

Right in front of Haeundae Beach. It is also about a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Station. It's complicated because there are three hotels in the building. Take the elevator from the 1st floor to the 4th floor, then change trains and go to the 6th floor to find the front desk. I checked in late at night, so I couldn't speak English, so I turned to Google Translate. It's like staying in an apartment. The room has a kitchenette, a large refrigerator, a kettle and cups. There are no other dishes. Daily instant coffee and bottled water are service. The amenities are shampoo, conditioner, body soap, swab, comb, hair cap and hand soap. There are hair dryers and bathrobes. No toothbrush, no toothpaste. The electrical outlet in the room is basically a Korean plug, so there is only one place where you can charge your phone, etc., so it was inconvenient. The rooms were flooring, spacious and comfortable. There are two chairs and a small table.　It was a room without a view, but I was lucky because I could see a little bit of the beach. After I checked out, they kept my suitcase. On the first floor, there was a currency exchange office and two convenience stores, which were convenient.
