Good value. But not really a resort. No concierge so you have to get your luggage to the room. Good luck finding a cart. Penalty for a high floor: long wait for elevator and a fight to get your bags on as the crowd pushes around you. Otherwise agree with other recent reviews.

Very dated, tired and grubby looking. Tatty old furniture and well used bedding. Arrived late and had to stay 1 night then checked into Lotte hotel. The hotel is in a great location but the pictures are deceiving. Place needs a total refurb. I would rate it 1 star
