Hyatt Regency Incheon

It is convenient to go from the airport to the hotel via the hotel shuttle. The service and courtesy from staff is excellent. The amenities are convenient. One weird thing was that the door handle from the inside of the room fell off. That made me wonder what happened and whether I was safe.

There are 2 Grand Hyatt hotels here, with the second one now named Grand Hyatt Paradise. I stayed in this one (the Incheon). I like being able to walk from the airport to the hotel. Takes about 12 minutes. When existing via Arrival Halls A or B from Terminal 1 follow signs to trains, then go past them to exit outside. Across the street in the direction of the train you will see a red bike path. Follow that, looking for Korean Airlines sign that sits on top of the building. Check in a breeze. I don’t know why the comments were so critical about the executive lounge (5:30-7:30 food and drinks, 11th floor)! It was very quiet, maybe only half a dozen tables occupied. The wine was excellent, way above the usual barely drinkable wines in most other lounges. I focused on a very nice Pinot Noir. They had spirits, including Bombay Sapphire, which I rarely see offered in a lounge. The hot food selections were good (a chicken and a beef offering). Staff very nice and helpful. I totally thought the lounge experience was worth the cost. My club room on 12th floor assigned was very warm, but they quickly and helpfully moved me to a cooler room with good AC on 11th floor across from the lounge. Wine from the restaurant is very expensive, but if you go to the Deli you can get a bottle to drink in your room for about $40 USD and up… way up… but that is a good option rather than the expensive room service wines. I’ve come to the hotel a few times and enjoyed every stay.

We had a very meaningful and enjoyable time with our family by staying at the Grand Hyatt Incheon Hotel. From the concierge staff I first encountered upon entering the hotel to the staff I met at the front desk, the Grand Club Lounge, and Restaurant 8, the warm and meticulous service they consistently provided was particularly impressive. I felt a natural and sophisticated consideration in every moment, and I felt that the sincerity to make customers comfortable was embedded in every part of the service. I would like to express my special thanks to the Grand Club Lounge team who greeted our family with bright smiles, as if they had been waiting for us, even though it had been a long time since we visited. Thanks to your meticulous consideration, I felt comfortable and at ease, and my whole family was able to have a more relaxed and happy time during our stay. Although it had been a long time since my visit, the warm welcome made my good memories of the hotel even deeper. Also, on this visit, I felt that the overall level of food and beverage service has improved even further than before. Not only the composition and taste of the food, but also the meticulous service and atmosphere blended together, making the mealtime itself more enjoyable and satisfying. It was a more pleasant time because it felt natural that the hotel is constantly striving for a better experience. It's not just the good space, but the sincere service from the staff that makes me want to come back to this hotel. I would like to express special thanks to Mr. Yoon Bin and Mr. Oh Seung Hwan from the Grand Club for this stay. Thanks to your meticulous and warm consideration and natural service during our stay, our family was able to have a more comfortable and enjoyable time. The way you carefully look at even the smallest details and always put in your best effort with consistency left a deep impression on me. I would also like to sincerely thank Nico, the concierge, for always greeting the children with a bright smile and treating them warmly. I felt a genuine care for the customers and their families, going beyond simple service, in the way they talked at eye level with the children and sometimes played with them happily. Thanks to you, the time at this hotel will also be a more enjoyable and special memory for the children.
