Easy Residence Hotel

I guess this hotel doesnt know the word "standard" and "service mind" Me and my mom stayed there for 4 nights and we had to change the room as we cant book the desired room for all the night. Anyway, each room doesnt has the facilities as it should be, e.g. one room has toileteries like lotion provided, one room doesnt. As per sevice mind, the front desk can barely speaks english. Moreover the front desk persons were very rude!!!! One of them even scolded at us just because we didnt know how to sink draining work. She pointed the finger for me to do it !!!!! I have never seen the bad reception as here Another staff, when i asked for tissue paper, he tried to give me the one that is already opened and has been used. Seriously, dont come here if u want a pleasant memory. Pls pay a bit more to go to a standard hotel like Ibis
