Incheon Royal

Only had a short stay at this hotel. Awesome comfortable stay. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee are provided in the room. The bus to the airport is so comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

second stay and second sauna session at 28 degrees in the room. 3 nights in this condition and no action from the management !!!!! Apparently customer voice is not important bye bye BW you have lost a customer

The hotel is very old and many of the furniture including bed are old and some have stain. I will definitely will not recommend this hotel although I’m only here for layover to catch 9am flight back home especially when you bringing a small kid, close proximity is needed to the airport. The hotel give you a very spooky feeling because of the interior and the lighting that give you that impression. I had to change room as the room they given me was in weird design and layout. I would recommend the management to renovate this hotel. Otherwise soon the rating will be just one star.
