I used it when my sisters traveled. It is located near the rather busy Lotte City Hotel, so it is very convenient to go anywhere because of the bus stop. But at night there was no front desk and anyone could come in, so there was an accident where a female foreigner in her pajamas with a card key from another hotel wandered around in the middle of the night and happened to go to the smoking area to smoke, and her sister told her in the hallway, 'I don't know where the room is, please help me.' She just tried to go inside, so it was no problem.
