They do not clean the room daily (during the 4 days we spent, our room was not cleaned), we had to go to reception and ask for extra towels, toilet paper and soap (shampoo not provided). However, I heard from some friends who stayed in another hotel that they too didn't get toiletries. May be it is a practice in Jeju. No wifi in hotel rooms. Only 1 LAN connection. Since I shared the room with another friend, we had a hard time. However, my room was spacious. Breakfast is quite ok. Coffee is tasty. My room had mountain view, but when I went to my room, there was no mountain view to see. May be because I was in 2nd floor. Though its name suggests it to be a resort, it is not a resort. Our room had a full kitchen, but since I came for a conference, we did not cook anything. However, since this is close to e-mart, residents can easily purchase grocery and cook in the room. Downstairs of the resort, there was a convenience store, so can buy noodles, drinks etc. Staff is friendly, but the receptionist during the evening/night, cannot understand English (had a hard time communicating). No strick check out policy and they are very helpful in attending to our requests.

I will just let you know right up front that if you do not enjoy smelly hotels, rooms that are not clean everyday, a lousy buffet breakfast, asking for towels because they do not change them daily and just limited ability to communicate in English, do not come to this place. I had to stay here because it was a deal organized by a conference. Make sure you do not make the same mistake. They do not clean the rooms everyday even if you ask, this point right there is enough for me to never come back here. However, there is more. They serve a buffet breakfast in which a dare you to try to recognize what is in the plates. Chances are that you are going to identify scrambled eggs, slices of bread, chopped cabbage and the coffee (which is really really bad, by the way). Since they do not clean the rooms everyday, they do not change the towels or take out the garbage daily or change the bed sheets. You have to ask for clean towels at the front desk and you have to take out your own garbage to the first floor garbage bins. Only two staff people speak English and they are on duty occasionally. There is no closet in the room. There are no chairs in the room. The toilet and the shower floors are together and there is curtain to separate them. They have white plastic sandals in the toilet/shower area for your use but I did not use them, I am pretty sure they are loaded with fungus among other things. Positive things? The internet works well but you have to bring a LAN cable to plug to the wall. The wifi is available only in the lobby. The tv in the room works well but only 3 channels have English speaking shows. The AC works well once it cools off the room. There is a small fridge and a small oven and a sink, in case you feel like cooking. Overall assessment: there are better places to stay in Jeju, although more expensive but you deserve better! Ohh, one more thing, food is very expensive in Jeju, get your pocket ready for that.

This is definitely not a resort. I guess "Resort" on the island only indicates that the rooms are equipped with a full kitchen. We had an okay stay there. The hotel is located near the K-Mart supermarket and room had a full kitchen, we had fun cooking some Korean dishes. Pros: Full kitchen. Affordable. Cons: There is a fridge in our room, but no desk, no chairs. The beds were okay, but not very comfortable. Rooms are not very clean. There's no daily room cleaning, your room is only cleaned after you check-out. Located in the middle of no where, no restaurants near by. Rent a car before you check in. The limited number of staffs were very friendly. There is a convenient store at the lobby that closes at midnight.
