24 Guesthouse Jongno Tower

First of all, compared to other guesthouses or hostels, it was soooooo clean!! The room was a bit small but it was good enough for my short term stay. The manager was really nice too. We had a small talk with a beer at the dining area and I really enjoyed it. He got me some snacks too!! XD The location was right in front of 'Gwangjang Market' and it was like only 3mins walk away from the subway station. Many great local restaurants and tourists spots like Gyeongbokgung, N Tower, etc. are nearby! Trust me, you will love it here! :D

The guesthouse is situated on the top floor of a tower block, but there's a large sign on the outside, making it very easy to find. The rooms are decent sized, clean and the bathrooms have hot water and a powerful shower. There's a small fridge in your room, or a larger one in the communal kitchen, with lots of kitchen equipment available to use if needed. It is right next to a tube station, so you can easily travel across Seoul if needed. It's a short walk to the Gyeongbokgung Palace or to Bukchon Hanok Village, both very interesting sights to see in Seoul. Overall it's a great place to stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is ideal and it's reasonably priced.

- The location of the guesthouse is very good <from Jongno-5(o) ga station exit1, walk toward the post office for 2min and turn right at the road between Boryeong Pharmacy and Twosome Place coffee shop. You will see the yellow signboard of 24guesthouse. - We got the twin room (bunk bed) on the 1st floor, next to the reception desk. Good thing is we don't have to drag our lugguage up the small stair to upper floor, but bad thing is t's a bit noisy when people come in and out, or talk to the staff - The room itself is quite small (when I open my 20" lugguage, there is no space for people to walk). But it's pretty clean (although no one comes to clean our room during our 4 days stay). - The staff is very very friendly and helpful. He can speak english well. - Free wifi is available. - There is KwanJang market across the street, the food is very tasty and cheap
