We arrived in the afternoon and there was a note from the receptionist saying sorry I’ve had to leave and named and keys for several people who were checking in just left at the front door - not very secure. We checked into our room and the smell of mould from the bathroom was overwhelming. Even though the window was opened in our room the mould smell was so strong. My partner has asthma and by the next morning his lungs were very irritated from having slept there overnight - breathing in mould is genuinely bad for your health, this is unacceptable to charge people to stay in this hazardous room. We went down to reception and called the phone number listed several times that evening when we arrived but no staff member ever appeared or answered the phone. Despite the note saying they would return by 8pm The next morning again, reception, the office and the phone number were unattended. Finally that afternoon someone appeared. We were given the option to swap rooms but the rooms without mould we would change into an en-suite that didn’t have a sink in the bathroom? We ended up getting a refund for the remaining nights but they refused to refund the tax we had paid for the five nights. We moved to the nearby Ewha Hotel - only $10 extra each per night for a beautiful double room. Simple but very clean, simple breakfast options and wonderful staff who gave us lots of great recommendations.

Cheap Price, I got a good deal from Agoda. The bathroom has a bathtub 😁. In the room, you'll find refrigerator, hairdryer, television, clothes hanger. The hostel near Chungmuro Police Station. Behind double A star hotel. 5 min walk from Chungmuro Station exit 4. 3 min walk from mini market. 4 min walk from KB Bank. 10 min walk from Namsan Village. 15-20 min walk from Myeongdong Shopping Area.

Really loved this place. Like some, had to switch rooms but both rooms were pretty good. Was lucky enough to get a 4 bunk room to myself for most nights =P. Place is pretty clean. Sheets were clean and rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were basic but well kept. Breakfast was pretty good too! Loved the rice balls and pizza toast. This was the best price for location I could find. Easy 5-10 min walk to two nearby subway lines. Little hard to find at night as it's tucked away. Staff were very helpful as well as far as explaining things and allowing me to store my luggage on my move out day for free! Had a happy 6 nights!
