Feliz Guesthouse

The room we checked in was the worst room we've ever been into (Rm 113). We are a family of 12 and the other rooms were much better than the room we got. We asked the Manager to move us to another room, but he said that all rooms were booked. Our bed was the hardest bed I've slept on. It was super uncomfortable. There were no bath towels. We were provided only face towels to dry our bodies after bath. Our AC was dripping. The bathroom was super small. Room was tiny. Wall has watermarks.

Needed one night to stay before catching the train to the airport the next day. Glad I'm not staying longer. Can't help but feel dirty here as found other people's hair on bed sheets and pillows and in the bathroom drain. Bathroom smells damp and mouldy which stinks up the room if door left open. Beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. Front desk speaks English ok. Internet works. Note that twin rooms are bunk beds not beds side by side.

+: 1. Location near station 2. Privacy 3. Big elevator 4. The host (employee) can speaks English fluently 5. Many convenience store in the area -: 1. Small room (well.. the price doesn't lie) 2. The host rarely in the place, he frequently missing 3. Not interesting neighborhood (7 PM seems like 10 PM) 4. Many guest not cleaning their plate and glass, so you much dishwash them first to use it (the host help me for the first time though) Suggestion: If you need quiet surrounding then this is exactly the place, but if you more into fun neighborhood and lively environment then choose place like Hongdae.
