Hotel Niagara

I fell accidentally and was injured on the face and on the knee. I asked the reception for help, but they were apathetic, reluctant to help. They also provided wrong information of the clinic/hospital and therefore I didn't get the treatment promptly. Really terrible servic. They just want your money and don't care about your safety at all.

Dear Ms./Mrs. I am Nuh Atila, and I made a reservation for accommodation at Niagara Hotel in Seoul from 09.04.2024 to 13.04.2024. I have made a payment of 351,000 won for the reservation. However, while checking the reservation details, I realized that I accidentally canceled it. Immediately the next day, I rebooked the same reservation and made another payment of 351,000 won. The refund for the payment I made for the initial reservation has not yet been credited to my account, and I am facing inconvenience due to this situation. I have contacted Booking.com, and they have informed me that a message needs to be sent regarding the refund of my previous payment. I kindly request your assistance in this matter and ask for the refund of the payment for the previous reservation to be credited back to my account. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible regarding this issue. Best regards, Nuh Atila Confirmation Code: 4905359525 Pin: 6844

It was pleasant enough but what it lacked was character , something special . As a hotel it was fine usual clean rooms with freebies , so for a good nights sleep it's fine , and that's all you need , pity though.
