Here I'd say you really get what you pay for. Although the location is quite good and the room is very cheap, you can find much better accomodations for similar price in Seoul. There is no elevator - however for us it was not a problem as we got room on 1st floor. The room itself was smaller than my worst expectations, and the tiniest bathroom I ever saw had glass wall - which I really don't like. Not to mention there was maybe 30cm space between the bathroom and the bed. Also the bed itself was quite unconfortable when I felt the springs sticking in my back and arms sometimes...

Great location! around 10-15 mins from Seoul station and 5mins from Hoehyon station. Also walking distance to Myeongdong, N Seoul Tower and Nandaemun market. Rooms is ok and can fit 2 Asian people. Maybe a lil small for English people. Breakfast of bread and jam is okay. There's also a nearby food shops. Will recommend to others that is on a budget with accommodation.

Price is ok since our room only has two beds, one refrigerator, little wall cabinet & flat TV and no elevator for all 5 floors but have toilet & shower in the room with many cloth hangers and it is very close to Metro and walkable to some sightseeing points.
