Milano Hotel

The hotel is 5mins walk from Wangsimni Station. There are cafe and restaurants all around the hotel all within short walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly throughout our stay and room is reasonably spacious with LCD TV, water dispenser, heater, aircon, mini fridge and a PC.

I loved my stay at the Milano Hotel. The front desk was so accomodating and friendly. They answered all of our questions, gave recommendations and were quick to help us with our bags and other requests. I couldn't believe the value for all that you get. The rooms are very stylishly designed, have huge televisions (with American movie channel for those who don't understand Korean), come restocked daily with juice, coffee, and water (as well as having a cold/hot water cooler in the room with coffee and teabags). The location is really convenient because it is by multiple subway and bus lines so we could easily zip around the city without having to change lines, and the bus for the airport is just to the right of the hotel. There are a lot of late night restaurants nearby and the E-mart (sort of like a costco) is a great option if you need to buy anything. I will definitely be staying here whenever I return!

I arrived very early and very thirsty. The guy on the counter took my large, heavy bag and helped me get to know the area. He may have been the only person there with good English and he was brilliant. I returned at about 3am absolutely hammered, given my bag and shown to my room. I didn't leave until I checked out a day and half later unaware of the time due to there being no natural light but I recovered and enjoyed the HUGE tv, pc and good shower. There was nothing wrong with my stay at the Milano hotel and it was in a decent location but my stays in other motels proved to be better.
