Cannot deny that there are noises during night time because there are restaurants nearby. For me, I used to wear ear plug during sleeping time so this isnt a problem for me. Overall I think it is good with lift provided and washing machine with no charges (this is the extra token from me). You wont get hungry here because plenty restaurants nearby here. One more is the subway/metro station is super near, which go straight, turn right or left (both has station) at the T junction. Very near and convenient. Basic amenities is provided. If you wish to get higher services rate and facility, I think this is not your choice. But if you wish to have comfort stay and short distance to subway station plus easy breakfast, this is your choice.

Bad: - This isn’t a hotel 3-star, it’s 1-star. I paid about 50 usd/1 nite/ double room. - Breakfast is very poor, even no egg, same everyday - The lift smells like in toilet - Bathroom has “smart shower” but in fact it works very stupid, you have to try hard to turn it from cold to hot and naked waiting until it’s too hot then try hard to balance from hot to cold - The most terrible thing is: this hotel close to a night-restaurant where people drinks on the street, in front of the hotel’s main door, until 3:00AM. They make noise, laughing like at their own house. You could hear every single words, sometime a girl laughed hahaha... that at rooftop can hear. Really rude and impolite. The hotel doesn’t have a soundproof windows so we have to bear them all nights stay there. The 3rd night, at 2:00AM, I couldn’t stand and found the receptionist asked him to solve this or I call a police, but I was so surprise when found he also drank at one table. - Another receptionist doesn’t know English, really difficult to make him understand or find him. - Arround this hotel is about 100 printing shops and not good air for your health Good: - The location is convenience, 200m to station, 600m to Myeongdong, it’s in a lane but easy to find. - One receptionist is friendly.

The best part about it: Such a convenient location a block away from a subway entrance to 2 major lines. Easy to get everywhere! The neighborhood itself is nothing special, but it will be a breeze getting to all the different tourist spots around the city. I booked a single room, but got a queen bed room. It wasn't as small as some people had complained in reviews, but I could see why 2 people might find it a bit cramped if they planned to spend lots of time there. Everything was nice and tidy, and the room was cleaned daily. I felt very comfortable there and got a good night's sleep my entire stay. I purposely asked to be on a higher floor to avoid hearing the sounds from the street (there are some bars/karaoke places nearby), and just being on the 3rd floor was enough to do that. Breakfast was super basic of course, but I'm not picky, so I appreciated it. Staff were friendly enough and check-in was easy. They don't speak much English, but will still do their best to help you. One man helped me make a restaurant reservation and was very patient with a translator the whole time. If you're just looking for a clean, comfortable place to crash in between exploring the city, I think this is perfect!
