The Maru

We booked 3 rooms. Cheaper than airbnb. 1km walk to seoul station, exit 15. Easy access to KTX. Next to 7-11. Small room, feel cramped inside. Provided kitchen, washing machine & dryer (need to pay 4000k per use).

The staff are extremely friendly, the location is great only a few minutes walk to Seoul station and there’s a 7/11 right downstairs for all your needs. The room was small but adequate and the internet fast. I would stay here again for the price.

The staff of the guesthouse allow me for 2days baggage storage before I check in is a plus point. The downside is the guesthouse is noisy. During my stay there are guest dragging luggage and talking at 3am midnight.
