It was hard picking where to stay in Seoul. Took us countless hours trying to decide and that's when we decided on this. WHat made us picked this? - Proximity to the metro and bus station - Clean So it just had to boil down to the convenience of the place, whether it had elevators or the road heading to the place is going to be easy or tough. Why? Because we had to consider the fact that we will be tugging at our heavy luggages and if we were to hike up a mountain and endless flight of stairs to get where we will be staying, it's a pass. So yea, this place is definitely not bad! At first it looks old, but it's well maintained. It's like a home you can go back to if you are really living and working in Seoul. Would definitely come back here to stay for the location is definitely one of the best!

+Quiet room +Stove, microwave, fridge and laundry available +24 hour E-mart nearby +10-15 minutes walk to Seoul Station +English instructions on appliances - It's rather difficult to find, signage isn't too visible from the main road.

is not even worth to give 1 star. is 0 star. We stayed for 6 days 5 nights and first two of the days..the heater was constantly having issues. it will automatically turned off. imagine no hot water when showering during cold weather..very very unpleasant experience. call the front desk, the lady came and was utterly rude and keep insisting that there is no issue with the heater. not apologetic for our situation and not being empathetic at all. after a long day out..all we look forward to is a good hot shower and rest. then the next day morning, tested the hot water in the shower and there is still no hot water..call the front desk and this time a guy came and same thing insisted that we were the one that shut off the heater when we did not touch anything. same thing, not apologetic again or offer a solution about the hot water in the shower. the guy say we have to wait for them to get someone to check on the heater. but there is still no solution given. i was hoping at least they provide a change of room with a heater that is working but they didnt offer anything. super super lousy place. the housecleaning standard was also not standarised. cleaning was every two days but we have two people and only one towel was given? rubbish was also not cleared. had to call them to clear it. very very bad housekeeping. the only plus point is there is amenties of cafes and food eatery nearby. but seoul station is at least 15 min walk away. i do not recommend this place unless you dun mind the long distance to the seoul station and the run down facilites..and fear of heater not working and shabby house keeping standard.
