I am currently staying here for another day regretting, booked into the highest category (suite). Unfortunately, the experience has been far below any reasonable Marriott standard.
Room issues:
· Extremely dark throughout – poor lighting makes the space feel depressing and impractical.
•Even the living room lights switch is on the bed side. No light controls in the living room area. Every time you need to go to the bed to find the light switch. So inconvenient.
· The mattress is old, sagging, and uncomfortable.
· In the living room, there is a door literally screwed shut into the wall (photo attached) – bizarre and unacceptable for a suite.
· No sufficient electrical outlets. On the bedside, there is only one outlet on one side, so only one person can charge a device near the bed. Very inconvenient for two adults.
Service:
Parking requires you to inform the front desk of your car number to waive the fee every time you out– fine. But when we went to do that, the front office staff was on a phone call. She kept us waiting for nearly 10 minutes taking her time while we stood there. No urgency, no apology. Zero courtesy.
FNB:
Staffs were genuinely great and efficient. They were very friendly. Only place you can feel Marriott!
Bathroom / amenities:
Barely any amenities. For two adults, we received one tiny tube of body lotion – that’s it. No basic toiletries you’d expect even at a budget hotel. You need to bring everything yourself even shower cap, cotton bud/pads, comb…etc. ok many hotels charge for toothpaste and toothbrush but the other stuffs must have items for Marriott quality.
Bottom line: You cannot expect Marriott service, facility quality. A major disappointment.

Courtyard Seoul Times Square's connection to the mall was the highlight of my stay. Every night after exploring the city, I’d wander through the shops or grab a late-night snack before heading up to my room. Since it’s directly connected, rainy days weren't an issue at all.
My room was on the 15th floor and super quiet. No street noise, no hallway chatter. Just peaceful sleep every night.
The tech-forward features impressed me. When I requested toothpaste, a robot delivered it to my door in minutes. Felt very futuristic. I also noticed they’ve added USB-C ports right by the bed. Clearly, they’re listening to guest feedback.
Fair warning though: the location is a bit outside the main tourist hubs. Getting to areas like Gangnam or Myeongdong means a longer subway ride. Also, navigating to the hotel entrance inside the mall can be a bit of a maze the first time. Keep an eye out for the signage!

We chose this hotel for the location and also the price. It is easily walkable to the shopping mall also the train or the bus stations.
The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I want to shout out to the chef at the egg station. He is very attentive and talkative. He greets every guest and cooks a really nice egg.
I will recomend this hotel to all of my friend. Can't wait to come back again
