It was a very bad experience. We, 5 ladies, checked into their hotel and dined in their restaurant. A man claiming to be the hotel lobby manager, who wasn't wearing a uniform or a badge, yelled at us and questioned why we were eating there without his permission, even though there was no notice posted in the restaurant requiring permission. He then followed us to our room's entrance and demanded we clean up the dining area. We were shocked and didn't know if he would do anything to endanger us. The entire experience was disrespectful and abusive.

Very poor attitude front desk manager, our family of 5 ladies felt unwelcome and threatened. The men's front desk manager insulted and trapped me to the room where I was sitting, worried that she didn't know she would do anything to me.

Gratitude to John the night manager for his assistance in providing directions to another hotel within the Myeongdong area of Seoul. He also provided an umbrella for cover from rain while walking.
