The hotel is located in a great location. The stuff was very friendly and kind. The room was specious and comfort. Tha laundry room was very useful

First of all, this is not the first time I stayed here. That was several years ago. I thought this hotel may have improved since then. I could not book another hotel that I wanted this time so I chose this hotel again. The issue last time was the cleanliness. The building is old, which looks like an old inn turning into a “hotel.” I know it’s 3 star but still you expect the restroom and the cleaning crew do a better job. This time the issue was the heater was not working. I waited for hours thinking the floor heating system would heat up at some point. It did not. I could not sleep because it was too cold! I called the front desk and the person asked me to wait for another hour even though I told him I already waited for hours. At that point it was already past my bed time. It was 11 pm. After waiting another 30 min or so, I called again. It was not until then they decided to change my room. That is not acceptable. Then the new room’s bathroom had someone’s hair on the sink when I walked in. Also the tissue box was out of tissue! But at least the toilet worked unlike the previous room which had a toilet whose water tank took forever to refill! Seriously this place should have been renovated a decade ago! Don’t stay here if you want a place where you can sleep at a reasonable hour and a clean bathroom. I need to stay another night here as I already paid for another night. What a nightmare.

Spent two nights here during a tour of Korea. The hotel is clean, but lacks a little feel-good factor. Unfortunately carpeting. Heated toilet seat. Problem with the flushing the hotel has taken care of immediately. Breakfast unusual for Europeans. Slow elevators. Staff helpful and "Asian polite". Good location to go out on foot in the evening.
