If you report a parking violation in a disabled space, the valet will run CCTV to find the reporter. I called the police and provided guidance. And when they receive a fine notice for violating a disabled space, some customers pay their own money and complain to the valet. The valet is still on duty, and even appears to be following the reporter. So, if you receive a notice, please do not complain to the valet, but complain to the city, county or district office. If the complaint is rejected, pay the fine out of your own money. When making hotel reservations near Gwangjin-gu, we recommend using other establishments.

It’s convenient to stay here if you wanna get around Seoul easily but this hotel is just dirty and awful. The rooms are dirty. The floors are stained. The walls are dirty and even cracked! The place is basically falling apart. I asked to change rooms 3 times and it just got worst. The furniture are very old, they looked like they’ve just been picked up from a dumpsite. My sheets were ripped and stained, they claim that they changed them everyday, that’s not true. I had to call them to change the sheets every time. This is what they call “standard” room with some “funky” theme! Oh, and the bathroom floor tiles are disgusting too! Please see the photos from one of the rooms. The mirrors looked like they have not been wiped or cleaned for years, it honestly looked someone’s been murdered in my room. Also, the dust! I had to wiped them off myself! You can put a seed in it and it will grow coz the dusts were so thick! I had to buy an antibacterial spray from a convenient store across the road, just to get rid of the icky feeling and funky smell. If only it wasn’t so late when I have arrived, I would have stayed somewhere else. Awful.

Old & dusty furniture with broken chair, no bidet in the bathroom, dusty floor, small room, no ironing service provided or even a single iron in the hotel. Only old kettle provided without teabag or sugar. No closet to keep your clothes, only few hangers with coat stand. Only one small bar soap provided.
