The new management is doing well. All the staff do everything possible to please the customer, with a smile. That is because they are happy in their work. The hotel is finishing a complete renovation. It is already nice. So when everything is finished it will be spectacular. We will return to check it out. Thank you

Hotel with fantastic views of the beach. Newly renovated rooms with great originality. Very attentive staff. I promise to return... but not for work, rather to enjoy a vacation. It must be luxurious.

We went on an organized trip with the Community of Madrid, the location was very good and the rooms were fine; the one we had had wonderful views. But we arrived and by 8 PM the rooms were not ready, all due to a lack of staff. The breakfasts were not bad, you had some variety. The lunches and dinners were a real disaster, very little fish or almost none, little variety, and average quality, only one waiter to replenish, and he was overwhelmed by everyone; do not eat or have dinner if you are going to get upset. There was a group of boys, and one night there were mediocre hamburgers and pizzas; the poor guys were standing with their plates in hand waiting for the sweaty waiter to bring something, and when he did, you had to rush because he took a long time to bring more, and the same with the pizzas; I felt embarrassed to see that. Very little staff and poor quality in the meals and dinners; do not do it at the hotel.
