Quite spacious and well distributed apartment but worn out over the years. By not having staff in the building, it gives rise to people doing whatever they want, such as bringing in more people than necessary. For now, access to the spa and gym is no longer possible, I understand that due to people's lack of civility. The night we spent, some abnormals of multiple proportions who were in the apartment just below ours began to sing at the top of their lungs around 5 in the morning without stopping so we had to call the phone number that appears on the website to inform. The man arrived after a quarter of an hour and instead of sending them off to sleep on the street, he gave them a warning in a very kind way despite the seriousness of the situation. I would recommend that if you want to maintain the business, you hire physical staff to avoid this type of behavior, otherwise I don't think you will last too long. Personally I will not return.

The apartments in themselves were ok although they are not self catering the cookers all have signs on them saying do not use them there are no kettles so all you are left with is a microwave. The apartments are not a stones throw from the city they are a 10/15min bus/taxi drive away. Additionally there are major building works at the site next door which are so loud you cant hear the person standing next to you speak.
