When you get to the location you need to call a number that is on the doo, to get a code to get in. I just finished walking el Camino and my phone was low. Try calling the number and sound busy, finally got a person and she could not hear me. Our phones ran out of power. Spent 4 hours outside until I was able to pay a taxi driver $20 Euros to use his phone. Then it took another hour and 3 calls since they could not hear and kept disconnecting. Second taxi driver another $20 and finally was able to get a code to get in. During this time I tried calling Booking.com. They would not help and they did not care. Really bad experience. They would not give a code before I arrived. I tried several times. The taxi drivers said They see this every day and they love making the money.

Spent four nights here alone on a business trip - could not have been happier with the choice of hotel. The room was old-fashioned, but big and with a view to the Cathedral wall. Very picturesque. Clean, very hot water in the shower, simple but fresh breakfast. The hotel does most definitely not fit disabled people, or if you have troubles with stairs. Also, if you have a hard time falling asleep to sounds - do not choose this hotel. I could hear street singers as well as my neighbours in the hotel. However, if these things do not bother you: the Sete Artes is absolutely lovely! Pilar, the caretaker, was very helpful and kind enough to make breakfast at what ever time I wanted, and I had a great time there.
