Truly terrible facility. I stayed two nights with a friend at the end of the Camino de Santiago. The only positive note was the extreme proximity to the Cathedral, which, however, brings with it the inconvenience of noise and confusion until late at night. Microscopic room, same for the bathroom. Double bed that is not a double bed but a queen-size. No curtains to block the light and the view from the building opposite. No shelf in the shower for body wash. There was no toilet brush, but after my complaint, I found it in the bathroom the next day. The second day they made the bed but only put out one towel, and my friend had to dry herself with mine. It was the place where we paid the most but where we felt the worst. They rely on the location, minimizing services and hospitality. Bad experience. Oh... there is no elevator. Luckily we were on the first floor, but those who were on the third struggled quite a bit with their backpacks.

The location is 10, right next to the Plaza del Obradoiro in the heart of the old town. We stayed 3 nights and went in to make the beds every day and clean. We were attended and advised especially a girl at the reception, very friendly and resolute. Quiet place and with many places around to have a drink or eat, the bad thing is that you hear the chimes every hour sharp, but it is something normal and that you can not control. 100% recommended and to repeat!

Accommodation one minute from the cathedral, quiet ,clean ,special and with especially friendly receptionists. We will definitely return
