Hotel located in a small, quiet street near the main shopping street of Santiago (with many restaurants). Public parking nearby. Access to the reception and rooms via a small elevator (with a strange smell of diesel?). Efficient, professional welcome. Decent, clean room with stone walls. Good bedding. Small but functional bathroom. Standard breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options.

Our experience at Mapoula has been wonderful. The location is magnificent, right in the center and perfect for exploring Santiago on foot. Everything was impeccably clean and the staff was charming and very attentive throughout the stay. We were traveling as three people and our room had an extra bed. Although it logically reduced the space somewhat, we were able to move around without any problem and we were very comfortable. You can tell the care they put into the small details: we had a kettle with tea, eco-friendly amenities in the bathroom, and a natural flower so fresh that it kept opening during our stay. Breakfast is included. It is a small buffet, but more than enough, and they prepare things on the spot. We were also especially grateful that they kept some ice packs we needed for medication cold for us. In addition, they offer the possibility of checking in after ten at night using codes, which is very practical for those who arrive late. We found the value for money to be excellent. It was a ten out of ten stay and we would stay there again without thinking about it.

Beautiful boutique hotel located in a very well-preserved building and modern on the inside. Luckily it has parts of the old bricks. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff, very complete and varied breakfast
