It was disappointing; we had been there numerous times and it had always been acceptable. This time it was terribly dirty, neglected, with poor reception service, contradictory to what was previously agreed upon via email. I will never return.

We went to dinner because I had some friends there..and great..a very friendly and very sweet treatment from the waitress q named Sara q attended us and was always aware that we will not miss anything....the delicious dinner....the cook also very nice..everything perfect..we will repeat even if you do not have anyone there, because we liked it very much.

I booked a room and spa last Thursday to go on Saturday with entry at 7:00 p.m. On Friday I had a problem and called at 1440 hours to cancel the reservation.
