The location, the little breakfast the cleanliness and the lift all perfect. But it was Superwoman Charo who made our stay memorable, she was receptionist, housekeeper, waitress concierge, cook. Whatever they are paying her, they should double it. She carried out her vast duties with kindness and a smile.

It is very well located in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. The rooms are pretty with exposed granite stones. There are double windows and although it is located in a fairly busy alley , you can hear nothing in the room. Earplugs are provided but I don't see why and there is no bistro nearby. The furniture is not the first freshness, it is worn out and deserves to be replaced. In my room the bathroom was tiny and impractical. There is no air conditioning but it is not hot in the room. Breakfast is average, but decent. In the end, the hotel well located in the old town is okay to spend a night or two;

Bedbugs in the room. We had to leave first hour, our bodies full of bites. Not even an apology from the staff. From their reaction, it seemed as they already knew about the problem. Worst hostel I've been in my life. Please be safe and sleep anywhere else.
