I booked an interior room at this 4-star hotel and the experience was far below what I expected for that category. The room was very basic, to the point that it did not seem appropriate for a 4-star hotel, but rather for a lower category. It did not have a closet, only some shelves and hangers to leave clothes. Furthermore, one of the lights in the room did not work with a remote, which was quite inconvenient. Another aspect that I found to be a major flaw was the bathroom. Right upon exiting the shower was the doorstop, placed in such a way that you had to be very careful not to hit your foot. It is a detail that, in addition to being inconvenient, can pose an unnecessary risk. I believe that a hotel of this category should take much better care of these details and offer rooms consistent with the level it advertises. In my case, the relationship between the hotel's category and the quality of the room was clearly disappointing.

Especially for its location. It is by the sea in a small town in A Coruña called Palmeira. The rooms with a terrace overlooking the sea, the small mountain, and the town of Ribeira across are spectacular.

Anniversary Celebration : plastic flowers and a couple of chocolates from Mercadona, not a bottle of water...... Room with sea views and terrace : top floor and no space even to sit, boxed; the wonderful views (best of the hotel) but we had to stand to enjoy them.... The pillows were totally undone, not even with two it was possible to sleep... and instead of resting I returned with my cervicals touched and vertigo....slept little and bad..... The staff of the dining room very attentive and friendly but did not give made for the people there were.... The best thing about this hotel is its views but not far from 4*. It needs a good renovation, it is all quite left: rust in bathtub, splintered doors... bad care!! I will not return or recommend! Ah... the beach is full of garbage: plastics, glass..., there is a sewage treatment plant in it.
