Abba Jazz Vitoria

We spent a few days in Vitoria for the Azkena Rock Festival, and the experience at the hotel was excellent. The location is fantastic: very close to the center, just a few minutes from the Plaza de la Virgen Blanca, and also at a very comfortable distance to walk to the Mendizorroza venue. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Additionally, the small details are greatly appreciated, such as the chocolates, toothbrushes, and other items that make the stay more comfortable and allow you not to worry about anything. But above all, we would like to highlight the attention received from Federica at the reception. From the very first moment, they made us feel at home. She is a kind, approachable, patient, and very attentive professional. She has a great ability to deal with very different people, and she always does so with a smile, good humor, and a positive attitude that makes a difference. We were three friends, and although we can sometimes be a bit "intense" or somewhat crazy, she always attended to us with kindness, understanding, and enormous professionalism. People like this make a stay go from being good to truly memorable. Thank you very much for everything. Without a doubt, we would stay here again and we totally recommend it.

The hotel is sorry, all unpainted and dirty, on my little table the first night was written of the dust I had. The bathroom had the toilet attached to the wall, to sit on its side and the cistern button was broken. The cleaning lady didn't sting to get in, she just opened us up with us in bed. At the reception there was always a right girl but quite dry, however a boy we saw twice lovely. It is an embarrassment for the price it has and to be of the Abba chain which it does not identify at all.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. I stayed at this property for only one night on a business trip. It was improvisational and early morning and I chose it because they indicated 3 stars. My surprise was that this hotel does not fit the category it has. As you pass the reception and climb the elevator you can already see that the maintenance of the building is quite abysmal, all the dirty walls, everything hit, etc. But the surprise is when you enter the room. These are very small, at least the one assigned to me, although the receptionist told me it was one of the big ones because there were no small ones, with a minute access to open the gallery window. Although the worst has been the state of this, it was quite deteriorated: the floor of the floor everything separated, the rodapies badly placed, the bedside table broken, the cistern of the bathroom the same... The truth is that at the price of the rooms I find it quite embarrassing that they have the hotel in that state. I can say for sure that the staff who attended me have been lovely, very friendly and helpful. Of course I will not stay in it again and I do not recommend it, there are much better pensions in the city.
