Lousy deal. The girl at the reception is majisima, the owner an unpresentable. We have been staying for 1 week for work and have been treated fatally. The owner is a rude man. They've been keeping us all week at 29 degrees C and they haven't given us a solution. I don't recommend it to my worst enemy.

The place is in a quiet area of town where one can walk for sport or to a few restaurants (one really bad). Since we arrived at night, we used the automated machine to check in. Not too difficult . These are nice apartments with kitchens and balconies. The heating and AC worked, but it was cool outside and we just opened the windows (with a sturdy rollover screen for protection). Overall, a great place. Ah! Parking is outside in a round about part of the facility. If you come late, you park far.

My wife and I stayed here for six weeks. We have stayed here before. It is very clean, modern, and totally functional. Nice bathroom with a shower that works fine. Kitchen is compact but a bit sparse on silverware. There is a dishwasher. There is a washing machine but no drier (rack for drying in sun on patio). The couch pulls out for a bed but as a couch it isn't all that comfortable. The building is located out of the noisy downtown with lots of parking and a convenient bus route just in front of the building. Grocery stores are two blocks away and the Galleria Mall is a 10 minute walk away. There are a few restaurants nearby but as usual in Spain you never know when they are open !! Confusing for us North Americans. Anyway, this is a great place for longer stays and anyone looking for an apartment rather than a hotel room. I recommend it and would stay here again.
