Totally dreadful experience, the hotel manager Elena, a racist, classist. Who looks down on people, she thinks she runs a great hotel, I certainly do not recommend it, what I do recommend to her is to take a trip to the Canary Islands so she can discover what good hotels are, in which the facilities are of high quality, starting with the pool, if you can call it a pool, it is a pond that fits 5 people, at my house we have one the same for the chickens to bathe in. The TV is super old, it doesn't even have a smart TV, the toilet paper feels like sandpaper. The rooms have dirt. If you go to have a drink at the bar, she calls her employees with this sound shhh sh shhh, honestly I call my animals with more politeness. I do not recommend it at all, the people who work at the hotel are much kinder than her, receptionists, cleaning ladies, maintenance staff, all of them have much more politeness than her.

I only went for an event. To see the solar eclipse. We arrived early to get settled, since I use a crutch. Well, we couldn't even get a chair. I asked for one and they told me they didn't have any. The terrace bar service was terrible, long lines and bad service. I think it's a place with pretensions but it doesn't have the minimum standard.

Eclipse event August 12. Poorly organized, with no interest in finding a solution. They have us in the sun while having umbrellas folded. Management will not give permission to open them. Person on crutches in the sun and in a high chair. It is hard to believe that these things happen.
