The hotel is reasonable with pricing, staff were nice and helpful There is a bar/restaurant on the ground floor nice food, The bedroom i had was okay, located on the forth floor, this hotel uses manual keys for the rooms, recommend that you lock the door once inside for your own security The bathroom was quiet small, with a bathtub. I would stay here again as it is in a good location

bad service, dirty and staff wasn't helpful . We had dinner at the restaurenat and the food was very oily and and nothing special . We on't repeat again even though we go to vitoria frequently . Avoid is a must

The hotel is just ok, nothing fancy, but ok. The personal was helpfull since I left by accident some clothes on room. I called two days later and they found it, eventhough they didnt made any effort to send it to me. I had to look for someone to get it for me. My recomendation is the bar downstairs, it has amazing tasty Spanish Tortillas! I recommend them. Hotel Is in good ubication. But hotel just ok. A bit noisy street, next to museum and bar areas.
