Beatriz Albacete Spa

I went to Albacete for work, where the hotel offer is not abundant and the center is full. Hotel sober, come to less in care of rooms and bathrooms; needs reform. This threw me back when it came to asking about the SPA. Attentive reception staff. Lots of people working in passing. Breakfast buffet right, not bad at all. Ease of parking and away from the center, but you already know that before going. I would not recommend it for a longer overnight stay. From the opinions on this website it is clear that three years ago (2022) the Service and condition of the establishment was much better.

I came to a congress and quite a mess. The mediocre food, I decided not to eat breakfast the next day. The thin pillows and when I tried to call the front desk to get one more phone in the broken room. I searched the hotel phone on the internet and called, they had me waiting 5m and never answered me. If you don't come to a conference in the same building I don't find it advisable.

We booked a spa circuit by phone and we were told that there was a 2*1 promotion and accepted.The same day we called to confirm reservation and we are told that the promotion on Saturdays is not, having picked up the phone the same boy who made the reservation and having our mobile as contact. We had already moved 90km , we canceled reservation because the cost was double, providing no solution since the fault is not ours but the employee's.
