Chess Hotel Europa

I am currently staying at the hotel, and the unbearable heat woke me up at 7 in the morning. I called reception; apparently, several people have complained about the cold and they turned off the air conditioning, so now I cannot sleep because it is central. They do not have fans or a way to fix it. Since people do not set the air conditioning lower, I cannot sleep during this heat wave. I do not recommend it at all, especially in the summer.

Good morning! Nothing but for Juan, a hospitality professional who has the hotel's food and service department, deserves the 5 stars. Attentive, helpful, friendly, resolute and "to perita" (good people, as we say in Malaga). It is appreciated that he is passionate about hospitality and is deviant for customers. Central hotel, comfortable to visit the city. Best lunches and dinners, home-cooked meals, good and especially professional, friendly and attentive waiters. Thank you Dani for your interest and closeness.
