Terrible hotel. There is no room service. The state of the hotel shows neglect.

We stayed two nights at this hotel, and the experience has been quite bittersweet. The price is economical, so we did not expect great luxuries, but we did expect some minimum standards that were not met. The positives: The human touch. The owner is a really nice and attentive person. We arrived quite late on the first night, and the kitchen staff (also charming) went above and beyond to prepare us a wonderful dinner outside of regular hours. The staff's service is, without a doubt, the best part of the hotel. The negatives: Misleading advertising regarding the stars: On the eDreams website, it is advertised and sold as a 3-star hotel, but upon arrival, the official plaque on the door clearly indicates that it is a 2-star hotel. Lack of cleanliness: Upon returning on the second day in the afternoon, we were surprised to find that neither had our room been cleaned nor had our bed been made. No matter how many stars you have, daily cleaning is a mandatory minimum and a right of the customer. Total chaos at breakfast: The coffee service in the morning was terrible and extremely slow. There were 3 people at the counter to serve barely 6 families (about 12-15 people in total). We had to wait an average of 45 minutes for something as simple as coffee and toast. A complete lack of organization and pace.

Normal room and fair hotel throughout, we were just to sleep. We had a terrible experience with Miguel the host, he treated us very badly even before we arrived, because we sent him a Whats when we were on our way and he answered us with a tremendous lack of education and disrespect. When we arrived at the hotel it was increasing bad ways and we were about to cancel, in fact if we didn't it was for our daughter. With the rest of the staff we had no problem. The pool with the murky water and would not recommend bathing there and breakfast had just enough, coffee and nothing to accompany pastries, just some Bimbo bread toast. As I say normal hotel and lousy experience with the owner q we got a little bitter the arrival.
