Benidorm Centre

We recently stayed at the hotel for the first time for our friends birthday celebration. The hotel is a good central location. The hotel overall was very clean, some of the staff were friendly and some not so in our experience. The rooms were spacious we were on the top floor back view. Lifts are slow sometimes with the air con switched on and other times off. The lobby and restaurant were regularly without air con during meal times/high temperatures which were not pleasant. Swimming pool was great and always plenty of loungers especially on the higher deck area. Our room wasn't cleaned one of the days. Breakfast was the main let down, very little variety and the food quality and temperature wasn't great. Adults only was a bonus and the air con in the rooms overall worked well. We would consider a future stay

Very good location in the center of Benidorm and close to the beach. The staff is super friendly, helping us with everything and making it very easy for us. Everything is very new and well-maintained. The pool is very pleasant and the food is varied and you can tell it is made with care. A 10

We loved the tranquility and the fantastic service. We went to spend the weekend and we are very delighted, the hotel is super clean, the common areas are well air-conditioned, the cafeteria is great, a wonderful and very quiet pool, to repeat
