Best Western Victoria

Adapted room at the hotel is number 108....

It's difficult to fault RH Hotel Victoria. Perhaps the wait for the lifts and the fact that the swimming pool is small (but adequate). The staff are amazing. Special mention to Miguel, Alene and Nelly. Cleanliness was impeccable, food was delicious. We would return such was the experience!

Currently staying at this hotel. From August 17 to 24. The hotel is quite clean. The buffet is fine. I would give it a 7.8. The pool a 6, very small. The staff's treatment is very good. The air conditioning a 5. We are cold in the room. We have mentioned it but they indicate that the temperature cannot be adjusted from the room. It is centralized and has three settings. If you turn it off, well, after a while you are hot in the room, so it is what it is..., the distance to the beach is very good. We are not on the beachfront, but in about eight minutes walking calmly you are at Levante beach. The parking a 6. Many maneuvers to go down and park. The parking space at least is not excessively small. It already depends on the size of the car. The meal times are quite good and we haven't had to wait in line any day. The elevators are also very good. It hasn't taken us long to go down. Perhaps I wouldn't return because of the size of the pool. The. Room is not small and the bathroom is large. The toilet tank takes a long time to fill. The terrace overlooks the pool and is spacious. We were lucky because for two days there were few people and we were able to be there. We like to spend the morning at the beach and the afternoon at the pool, but it is true that it looks like a frog pond. Regarding the price, we paid €2033 for a week full board. A double room with an extra bed is expensive for Benidorm, but what isn't expensive these days.....
