The worst place I have ever stayed. The apartment was dirty and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Of the two sofa beds, one was broken; when you sat on it, it sank. And when you opened it to sleep, it was the same. The most disgusting thing was finding the sofa bed mattress stained with blood. Moreover, they lie in the description: they said there was a coffee maker and there was nothing. A total disrespect to the customer. The kitchenware was dirty. The oven even had remnants of dried cheese. Avoid it at all costs!

Corporate Get a New manager Horrible place YOUVE BEEN WARNED Anyone that lives here contact me for the lawyers info for the class action. His place has the WORST manager. It’s FILTHY here, they even have rats and mice all over. The yard, the apartments. Management refuses to fix it. Law suit coming for sure just because the manager is so awful and disrespectful. She calls every day until rents paid and charges all kinds of fees for being even a day late. She basically hassles tenants even says “so next month it’s being paid on the first right” Like get an education and learn how to treat problems, NOT be the problem like the rats! Again stay away, trust me. Specially if you have kids or pets. Class action coming “manager” lad just because of your horrible attitude. And the rats you house. You even say you can’t do anything until the 18th and it’s the 8th! 3 months later Picture of the rats attached. Been going thru this for months. Not to mention she overcharged me for a lost house key and then raise the price saying it was late! Like WTH are you even sayin woman. Get A new manager or I’m telling you Don Miguel apartments will get shut down! Board of supervisors and the health department have been notified. His manager is a bully straight up Get another job can required a rude, lazy, bully. Location: excellent position right at the end of Levante Beach. Close to McDonald’s and Burger King, with three good bars below the apartment block. Apartment: keys need to be collected from a different location so bear this in mind when getting transfers. The accommodation itself was as expected. The views are outstanding and offer a captivating view across the whole of the Benidorm skyline. The sunsets are amazing. The apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker and a full oven with grill. There is also an iron and ironing board. The lounge was quite tired and only offered comfortable seating for 3. There is a two seater settee and 2 chairs(one of which was broken).TV has one English Channel. WiFi is adequate Bedroom one next to the kitchen has twin beds and has access to the outside balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it , sink, toilet and bidet and has a hairdryer. The master bedroom has a small double bed, wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and WC. I do have to mention the bed as it is a small double and extremely noisy. Even just turning over was so loud. The apartment is located on the eighth floor and you need to take the left side lifts as you enter the building. Maintenance were very good when I reported an issue with the microwave and it was quickly replaced with a new one. We stayed for two weeks and no towel or sheets were changed. This wasn’t an issue as we were able to wash them ourselves and dry on the airer on the patio. You take your own rubbish out to the appropriate bins can in the brick building at the right of the building as you exit the apartment block. The complex is very secure as you have to access using a key. Pros: excellent location and views. Cons: some furnishings need to be replaced and enable 6 people to sit comfortably in the lounge and the bed in the master bedroom needs to be bigger and quieter.
