Halley

First time in Benidorm and this hotel was perfect. Good location. The studio room was immaculate with everything we needed. Good size terrace space . The only thing that could be improved is making the sofa bed up ready for your arrival especially if they can see on the booking you will be using the sofa bed. Pool bar prices reasonable with a range of snacks . The 300 euro deposit stayed pending on my credit card and the day after I got home had gone so not charged. I understand why they do this as can imagine how rooms might be left if they didn’t . The pool was clean and nice sun loungers . The pool warm with the sun. Lots of little supermarkets and proper supermarket just across the road by KFC . Got snacks and drinks very cheap there. I requested to keep the room as check out 11 am and our flight was an evening flight . Was able to have another room for the day as ours wasn’t available and the price was reasonable. This saved us sitting around with our bags and gave us a space to shower and change clothes etc before flying home . Staff friendly and helpful. Overall a really great experience and would stay there again

3rd stay here and once again it was perfect. We went when the weather was extreme but there was plenty of parasols, the staff was friendly again and even remembered us from last year. Rooms were immaculate. There was a few lads party’s but it’s about right for the time we went but still plenty of room near the pool.

I’m currently staying here in the Halley apartments with my teenage grandson The rooms are brilliant modern clean The staff can not be any more helpful They are so very friendly and will do what they can to help you have a great time here The food in the cafe is the best breakfast ever and very reasonable priced Pool bar is great again very friendly The swimming pool is cleaned everyday and plenty of sunbeds and no sun bed wars here Will definitely be back to this place highly recommended it Location is perfect it’s away from the strip but still within a short walk Want to thank all the staff for making our stay brilliant
