Hotel Las Palmeras

We booked room for a Saturday. We were called 1 day earlier to say that the pool was closing at 17 coincided with the heatwave a short time to look for another place. We spent a searing but airy afternoon in the room Ask if there is an event during your booking to avoid this and music until 4 am. Otherwise, the staff of 10, both reception and restaurant. Menu well priced and very very rich. You can go paying visits and make use of the pool and restaurant. Room.... well it was something small, but what you need to rest, dazzled views although it puts views pool.... The facilities are very well is cozy and upstairs have a terrace where the menus of the restaurant or bar you can upload them. I would not repeat for the remoteness of everything, you need car to go anywhere. Otherwise good.

When I booked this hotel for a Christmas break I booked as all meals included and even doublechecked via email that all meals are to be included, when we arrived around 5 pm and asked about the dinner we was informed that no meals tonight as there was a party booked? we had to go into town to buy a meal that we already had paid for, the next day Christmas day, we went for breakfast to find no breakfast menu and little or no service, eventually I went to reception to ask about the food we was then served croissant and half a toasted roll, we than left but asked about lunch before and was told 11:30 onwards, we went to explore the area and returned about noon, the place looked fabulous all decorated for Christmas day, I asked about our table and was told no table was booked for us (guests at hotel ) I said that when we booked we specifically asked for all meals included and even double checked showed them both emails we was offered soup and salad by the manager on Christmas day the other alternative would be to pay a further 42 Euros each, we declined had left the hotel! total lack of empathy on this very special day it was as if we did not matter at all NEVER AGAIN!!! I had to put a star to post this other wise no star to be added. disgruntled guests.

Stayed at this lovely hotel in June 2017 whilst looking to buy a property in the area room very large and immaculate beds very comfortable restraunt and bar food was excellent staff very friendly would recommend
